NAVIGATING THROUGH OUR REALTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS EASY! The Realty Management System is menu driven, which means that everything to do with any particular subject is contained with in one main menu directory. (For example, anything to do with Accounts Payables such as invoices, checks or reports are contained within the ACCOUNTS PAYABLES menu option.)

You will notice that each of our sub menu options not only has a menu title, but also a number or letter that corresponds to it's location in our menu. Any menu option you open will show you at the top left of the screen the menu option title and number path. This is a reference that can be used to remember how you got to that menu option. That menu option title will print with the number path on every report you print from our software as well.

Need a quick reference of all our menu options? Print the MENU STRUCTURE report in E7. The MENU STRUCTURE Mreport shows you a break down of each Menu Option and each of the Sub Menu options within.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR QUICK LAUNCH BUTTONS TO YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION!

Change Front Desk staff buttons to show EDIT PROPERTY LISTINGS, LISTING REPORTS or UNCONFIRMED SHOWING REPORT. Edit your Broker buttons to AGENTS EXPENSES UNCOVERED, INCOME STATEMENT or TRANSACTION CLOSING REPORT. Individual users can customize their own QUICK LAUNCH buttons in I.F.2. CREATE/EDIT QUICK LAUNCH BUTTONS.
