The complete transition of brokerWOLF to the WOLFtracks billing system will continue, eliminating paper invoices for our clients and helping to move our company forward in an environmentally friendly fashion.

This year also marked a couple of important milestones. It is both the 20th anniversary of Lone Wolf and the year that sales, post acquisition, passed $10 million for the first time.

Another key change was that for the first time Lorne relinquished control over the day-to-day bookkeeping and hired a controller. One of the things that business owners are told quite often is that they have to delegate. Here is the challenge. Delegate too soon and you have chaos with no one knowing what to do. Delegate too late and you have inertia with everyone afraid to move. Walking this fine line has been a challenge for 20 years and that should never stop.

In September of this year, we completed the last of our industry consolidation by acquiring the Lucero back office management program from First American's MarketLinx division. This deal added approximately 2,500 offices to our client base, which now consists of over 3,000 companies with over 8,000 offices by the end of the year.
