New Joint Venture Connects Real Estate Boards via Mobile Search Tool

Cambridge, ON (October 27, 2015)

ListCENTRAL, a subsidiary of Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies (“Lone Wolf”), has announced a unique partnership with Prospects Software Inc. that gives real estate professionals in the Barrie, Southern Georgian Bay, The Lakelands and Owen Sound Grey Bruce real estate boards connectivity in the palms of their hands.

The joint venture, which went into effect in early October, provides members of the four real estate boards with the ability to search across a regional area. The deal also means enhanced search capabilities across different boards with the Prospects Mobile Application.

Southern Georgian Bay Association of REALTORS®, REALTORS® Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound, Muskoka Haliburton Orillia – The Lakelands Association of REALTORS® and Barrie & District Association of REALTORS® are benefiting from the partnership.

The partnership “expands our unique search integration options and illustrates our capabilities working with partners to provide enhanced services to real estate boards across Canada,” said Joel Shears, Executive Vice President, MLS/Associations for Lone Wolf. “As a Canadian organization we understand the unique requirements of our clients and continue to look for unique solutions to bring boards together.”

Prospects Mobile, the most popular mobile app in the country and the industry leader in mobile access to the MLS® System, is now available to more than 40,000 members of real estate boards in Canada and 80,000 agents in the U.S.

Drouin added that Prospects Mobile will continue to bring new features to the app as ListCENTRAL expands its services.

The search integration initiative from ListCENTRAL expands a board’s tools for its members while they maintain their own listing and membership data.

By expanding on its web-based solution of search integration connecting boards seamlessly and in real-time, ListCENTRAL can now integrate other vendors into a regional solution. Using the search integration solution, boards can still maintain their independence while at the same time offering their members the advantages of a regional solution.

Positioned to expand Canada-wide, ListCENTRAL is working to support regionalization initiatives with as little impact to boards as possible.
