The Commission Cutting report (#2.P.5.6.) is designed for just this purpose. You can choose to see a detailed or summary version of the report. When you select the "Lost Commission" option, you can choose Office Average (which will give you the average commission % for your office) or Fixed Percentage (i.e. 3%). The last column of the report will show you anyone who has cut their commission below the Office Average or Fixed Percentage you have specified and show you a gross dollar amount that they have lost out on as a result.
