| Agent Production Report (8.5.P) |

The ability to e-mail agents their individual production reports has been added to the Agent Production report (8.5.P). E-mailing your agents their production report will allow you to include their Listings, Pending deals, Closed deals and more... You can now select the desired options in 8.5.P report, and click on the E-mail button to send each agent their individual production reports. Prior to using this feature, e-mail addresses must be entered on the INFO1 tab of the agent profiles (I.1.1). As well, your outgoing SMTP address must also be entered to automatically send e-mails from Lone Wolf. Please refer to the Company Profile E-mail section (E.1.1) of the HELP menu for instructions on determining and entering your Outgoing SMTP address. |
