To serve you better, we are expanding the support department for the Internet Services Division. Effective immediately, your calls will be answered at our Head Office, and directed to our Internet Services Division support staff. In addition to phone support, please remember the most efficient way to contact the Customer Support Department is via the Support Request Form.
The Support Request Form e-mails your request to support@lwolf.com, logs your request into our internal support system and assigns it to the appropriate support person for your product, expediting the support process.
To access the Support Request Form, at the top of the Wolf EX extranet screen, click on the HELP button and select the Customer Support Request option. Complete the form and submit your request.
You will be sent a confirmation message containing your assigned ticket number, which you can make reference to when you speak to a customer support representative. To see a tutorial of how the online customer support request works please click on the following link.
