Need Customer Support?

Support Request Form submissions take priority! Submitting your requests electronically will automatically log and assign your request to a support representative. The more detailed information we have to investigate your request, the better we can serve you. The support request form allows you to attach specific information which we can import, or allow us to review your website prior to responding. This allows us to provide you with more detailed responses.

In your Realty Management System click on the HELP drop-down list and select Support Request Form. Fill in the description for your request and attach any related data. You can choose multiple deals, listings, agents, vendors, etc., to send us.

In the Global Wolf Internet products, simply click on the HELP button across the top of your website and select Customer Support Request. Complete the form and submit your request. In July, your Global calls started being answered at our Head Office, and directed to our Internet Services Division support staff. Please remember the most efficient way to contact the Customer Support Department is via the Support Request Form.

You will receive a confirmation message containing your assigned ticket number, which you can make reference to if you need to contact a customer support representative regarding your request. Submitting the support request will also prevent our system from identifying your manual e-mail as SPAM.
