In order to continue to provide excellent customer service, it is important that our clients use the proper channels to communicate with our support department. We have 3 ways to access our support team to better assist you with your support questions:
  • In your extranet tools there is HELP icon
  • Email support@lwolf.com
  • Call 866-CRY-WOLF

Submitting your requests electronically will automatically log and assign your request to a support representative. Completing a Customer Support Request form from the HELP option in your program allows your request to be automatically logged and assigned to a support rep. A detailed support request form allows us to review your website prior to responding. Hence, allowing us to provide you with faster resolutions and more detailed responses.

In the Global Wolf Internet products, simply click on the HELP button across the top of your website and select Customer Support Request. Complete the form and submit your request. You will receive a confirmation message containing your assigned ticket number, which you can make reference to if you need to contact a customer support representative regarding your request.

Submitting the Customer Support Request will also prevent your e-mail from being identified as SPAM.
