Generating Address Lists
It's that time of the year again when your company may be sending out year-end or holiday mailings. You can generate an address list by going into the Lead Report (2.P.C.4), and selecting the buyers and/or sellers. You can also setup custom mail merge templates in the Custom Reports tool (T.C).

When you export the Lead Report (2.P.C.4), the full addresses will be included in the exported file. In Excel you can manipulate the data you require for mail merges or printing labels. You can also click on the Report by Agent checkbox to sort the list by agent.
