Coldwell Banker Head Office Payments
Office Payments are now payable to Realogy Corporation. Realogy Corporation is a non-resident of Canada and therefore is not registered for collecting and remitting GST. Please ensure that you edit your applicable head office fees in E.1.3, and on the Tax Info screen, change the taxable field to NO. The effect on the trades will be that the agent’s will be paid the GST that was normally deducted on the head office fees. The agents will remit that GST to the Receiver General.

GST on fees for pending deals will not automatically be updated. You will have to delete the agents from the Agent Info screen (2.1) and re-add them to re-calculate the tax on the fees. You can print a pending trade report in 2.P.2 to see a list of applicable deals.
