Canadian Goods & Services Tax (GST) Reduction
Effective January 1st, 2008, the GST will be reduced from 6% to 5%. The Realty Management System version 07.11.01 will automatically revise the tax rates in your tax setup option (E.1.2). Advance Tracker version 07.11.01 has updated the tax rate in E.2 as well. (Read More)

Payroll Changes
Please ensure you update your program from our website before processing your first payroll in 2008, and again before you print your tax slips (9.5.4). This will ensure you have all the latest statutory updates.

Tax Slip Support Tip
If you are printing your agents tax forms (9.5.4), and nothing shows up for Fees Paid, go into E.1.3 and make sure that your fees have YES for the Deduct from T4A's, or Deduct from 1099 field. Then double-check your Options have been setup correctly (9.5.4, bottom left hand corner). (Read More)

Latest Version
The latest version of our Realty Management Program is 07.12.01. Please ensure you update your program on a regular basis. When you log into your program, the login screen will now indicate whether a newer version of the program is available. You can review the Release Notes for that version by logging into your Lone Wolf program, click on the HELP drop-down menu and select Release Notes. This will detail the changes in the versions so you can see if you would like to update right away. (Read More) |

To ensure that we are dealing with an authorized contact in regards to supporting and changing any Global Wolf and Wolf EX settings, we ask that your agents filter their requests through a designated administrator within your office. This will also allow your company to decide as a whole what types of settings should be enabled for your websites.
