Wolf EX Pop-up Windows Open in a New Tab Instead of a New Window in Internet Explorer 7
In some cases, when you open popup windows in Wolf EX, (create a message, DNC manager, etc) the pop-up window is opening in a new tab in Internet Explorer 7 instead of a new window.

To change the behaviour, or popup window handling in Internet Explorer 7 navigate to Internet Explorer and perform the following steps:

  1. Click on Tools Menu
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Click the Settings button in the Tabs section
  4. A window opens called Tabbed Browsing Settings
  5. "When a pop-up is encountered" – check the option to either let Internet Explorer decide how to handle pop-ups, or check to have pop-ups always open in a new window
