Manager's Transaction Report : What is my average Sales Price? What is my average Commission percentage? What is my average Company dollar? If these are questions you have found yourself asking and yet have not known where to look in the Lone Wolf Realty Management program, this great new report, which has just been added will give you just what you have been searching for. The Manager's Transaction Report (2.P.8) can be run for Open or Closed deals and any date range and can even be selected down to a particular classification (ie, Listing Side, Selling Side). Along with detailed production for the date range you have chosen, the report will give you your office averages. Additional Features Added for E-mailing from Lone Wolf: The Send E-mail option (T.M.1), allows you to type and send e-mails from within your Lone Wolf program. You can view your sent e-mails in the Review E-mails option (T.M.2). In the Review screen you will see e-mails sent from the send e-mails option (T.M.1), the support request form and any reports that you e-mailed from the print preview screen. You can view whether the e-mail was successful or not and can re-send single or multiple e-mails from T.M.2. Before you can use these features, you must first enter your Outgoing SMTP Address on the Interface screen of your Company Profile (E.1.1). Please refer to the E-mail section of the E.1.1 chapter of your HELP menu for instructions on how to determine and enter your Outgoing SMTP address. |
