After reading this information, we ask that you share your views with us by completing a short survey. Your information will be combined with other respondents to give PryLynx and Lone Wolf a better understanding of how to improve the competitiveness of Real Estate companies using Lone Wolf software. When you access the survey, it will ask you for a Token; this is your Lone Wolf Customer ID, something similar to LWT001.

Support Tickets:

To serve you better, we have implemented a new ticketing system in our support department.  If you have your Outgoing SMTP address and your company ID # entered in your Company Profile (E.1.1), and you submit a Support Request Form via e-mail, your support request will be automatically be assigned a ticket number.  This ticket will automatically be logged and assigned to a support representative.  Please refer to this ticket number when you correspond with your Lone Wolf support representative.

You can attach an agent/employee, a transaction, listing or a vendor to your support request form, therefore providing the backup information we may require to address your request.  This method of support request takes priority since it provides the most information, and we can most easily assess your challenge. 

For us to successfully receive your Support Request Forms, you must have your Outgoing SMTP address entered on the Interface screen of your Company Profile (E.1.1).  Please refer to the HELP menu topic for E.1.1 for more information.
