Spotlight on Realty Management reports - Agent Performance Analysis Report (8.F.P)

We have added this new option to allow you to generate a report of your agents with less than average production. It will allow you to specify minimum values for Listings, Sides, Volume, Commission $ and Commission %. The report will produce a list of agents that do not meet those minimums. Please see the HELP menu topic for more information. This report was implemented in version 06.10.02.

CPA Compliancy

The Canadian Payment Association will be implementing new standard date formats for cheques that are mandatory as of December 2006. We have added the option to select your date formats for printed cheques. You can now select from the following additional date formats: MMDDYYYY, DDMMYYYY or YYYYMMDD. Please go into Cheque Formats (I.C), select the cheque you wish to edit and change the Date Format field (bottom right hand corner).

The new CPA formats were implemented into Lone Wolf in August, 2005. Please contact your bank or your cheque provider if you do not have your CPA compliant cheques yet.

Generating Address Lists

It's that time of the year again when your company may be sending out year-end or holiday mailings. You can generate an address list by going into the Lead Report (2.P.C.4), and selecting the buyers and/or sellers. When you export this report the full addresses will be included in the export. In Excel you can manipulate the data you require for mail merges or printing labels. You can also click on the Report by Agent checkbox to sort the list by agent.
