- February 28, 2018Disruptors seem to be a dime a dozen these days. At least they’re self-defining themselves as disruptors. I cringe every time I come across the word because there is nothing disruptive about many of their technologies. They aren’t turning the industry upside down. They aren’t replacing brokerages or agents as a part of the transaction. They are building new software and processes designed to make this industry more accessible, more secure, more reliable, more profitable. Many of these self-defined disruptors have great products, services, and technologies that will improve the day to day of working in real estate. brokerWOLF literally has hundreds of reports. With so many options, how do you know which reports to run and when to run them?

This month, we held our very first Town Hall for Lone Wolf clients.
The event was a tremendous success, and we'd like to thank everyone for attending and joining in! We covered everything from the direction of our company to our product roadmap for 2018, and got a live look at our transaction management software, TransactionDesk, from Laura Gillespie.
If you weren't able to attend, check out the event in its entirety over here.
- February 20, 2018The other day as I sat in the airport waiting to board my plane, I stumbled across Paige Marie Pitcher’s Ted Talk Driverless Cars: breaking the fundamental rule of real estate. In her talk, Paige discussed the opportunities and impact self-driven cars will make on city infrastructure, real estate, and lifestyle. Emotionally, she ended her presentation saying how driverless cars could allow her friend who is bound to a wheelchair regain mobility.
