ICYMI New training and document storage options for zipForm Plus

zipForm Plus had a busy year in 2019, so today, we wanted to tell you about two cool new updates that you might’ve missed—plus a third bonus feature in at the end!

 

Introducing DocInbox—Getting forms and documents into zipForm Plus is now easier than ever.

What it is: Whether you're receiving physical contracts with actual signatures or email versions, DocInbox makes it incredibly easy to email, scan, or fax those contracts directly into your zipForm Plus account.

How it works: Either upload a document directly to DocInbox or email it to a unique email address created by zipForm Plus. You can then move that document directly to a transaction. Admins in brokerages can also use their DocInbox email address to receive documents from agents in the brokerage, speeding up their processing. You can learn more by clicking here.

Benefits to you: DocInbox makes it faster and simpler to get wet signatures and/or other documents into zipForm Plus right from an office scanner, helping office administrators receive documents from agents and quickly move them into a transaction, saving clicks and time for both parties.

The new Learning Center—Get to know zipForm Plus at your own pace.

What it is: In our new Learning Center, find best practices for zipForm Plus and take advantage of all of its features without ever leaving the platform.

How it works: The Learning Center offers a wide range of self-service training materials, including help guides, videos, release notes, and live training webinars customized to your experience with zipForm Plus. This is also a great spot for brokers to help new agents learn the best way to use their transaction management system.

Benefits to you: The Learning Center helps agents take full advantage of all the time-saving features and compliance benefits of zipForm Plus. It also provides brokers an easy path to onboard new agents and get them familiar with the system.

Where you can find it: Head over to Help in the top navigation bar, and you’ll find the Learning Center in the drop-down.

 

Bonus: The missing Link—Connect directly with your brokerage’s back office

What it is: Link is a brand-new integration between zipTMS and brokerWOLF. It is real estate’s only two-way connection between agents and the back office.

How it works: Link sends over 150 fields of transaction data back and forth between zipTMS and brokerWOLF in real time, including sell price, referrals, contracts, contacts, documents, and more.

Benefits to you: Link means that everyone involved in the transaction—whether you’re an agent, broker, or admin—has the same information all the time, and you can update each other with changes as soon as they occur. So agents are always in the know when something changes in the back office, and the back office is always in the know when something changes in the transaction. The integration saves time for both agents and administrators, and ensures effortless communication between both parties throughout the deal.
