Can you believe we are already nearing the end of February? It has been a busy start to 2022, and the weeks have flown by! This upcoming Monday is Family Day in Canada and President’s Day in the U.S.

Before we head into the busy spring, we’re happy to offer our team that day off to unwind and spend the day with family.

With that said, our Canada and U.S. home offices will be closed on Monday, February 21, 2022. This means support will be affected for some Lone Wolf products.

These Lone Wolf products will NOT have support available:

  • HomeSpotter, including Boost, Spacio, and Connect

  • LionDesk CRM

  • Cloud Agent Suite

  • Propertybase, including CRM, BackAgent, and BoldLeads

  • Terradatum, including BrokerMetrics®

Support will be available again on Tuesday, February 22. In the meantime, if it is urgent, you have the following options:

  • Send us an email at support@lwolf.com and include:

    • A description of what’s going on

    • Your contact information

    • The word “urgent” in the subject line

  • Submit a form here

Tech support for all other Lone Wolf products will not be impacted

This includes Transactions (zipForm Edition and TransactionDesk Edition), Back Office, and Authentisign.

Please continue to reach out through the regular channels for these products.
