Support availability on Juneteenth

Here at Lone Wolf, both as a company and as a collective of individuals, we believe in the power of equality. It’s important to us that we support diversity and inclusion and combat racism, both within our Lone Wolf community and within our communities at large.

Along with the introduction of new educational and informative programs for our team that promote diversity awareness, we will be recognizing Juneteenth this year—so everyone has the time to reflect, educate themselves, give back in their own ways, and enact real change in our world.

To make sure everyone here has the chance to take this time, and observe a day dedicated to the eradication of racism, our home offices will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2020.

 

What to do if you need brokerWOLF support that day

We’ll have a reduced support crew available to help you if something comes up. To reach us, you can submit a case through your Help menu in brokerWOLF, email us at support@lwolf.com, or create a case in the Community.

Don’t forget to check out the Community’s discussion groups! It’s a relatively new feature with the latest version of the support hub, where you can ask questions and get answers from your fellow back office users.

 

What to do if you need transaction management support that day

This won’t affect support availability for TransactionDesk, Authentisign, or any zipLogix-labeled products. So continue to reach out through the regular channels!

 

What to do if you can’t access hosted services

If you can’t access WOLFconnect, hosted data for brokerWOLF on our servers, or any websites you have that we host, we’re here to help. Send us an email at support@lwolf.com and include:

  • A description of what’s going on
  • Your contact information
  • The word “urgent” in the subject line
