What You Can Get from Our Online Support Portal

The Lone Wolf Community is a great place to get on-demand support and resources for your product(s). You can go here at any time to find helpful articles and videos, information on the latest product update, discussion groups with other Lone Wolf users, downloads, live chat and much more. Make sure to bookmark it!

This portal complements our other support channels, such as phone, support tickets, and email—so you can always keep using the method that works best for you. Let’s look at what you can get in the Lone Wolf Community.

 

SELF-SERVICE SUPPORT

As an online support portal, the Community provides on-demand self-service support. Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find relevant resources at any time, including help articles, videos, and discussion groups.

In the top menu bar, filter by product by clicking on the Product Help drop-down or speak with a Support rep by clicking the chat drop-down. You can also submit or view a case with our Support team in My Cases.

 

COLLABORATION WITH US AND OTHER USERS

One of the newest features in the Lone Wolf Community is its discussion groups. These groups allow you to have open conversations with other Lone Wolf customers, and are a great way to learn best practices and tips and tricks from other users of your product. You can access these groups in the top menu.

You can also submit and vote on ideas for product enhancements in the brokerWOLF Idea Portal.

 

UPDATES

On the homepage, you can get an update on the status of our network and products at any time. We encourage all of our customers to use the Network Status section in the Tools/Utilities drop-down if they’re experiencing any disruptions to their product or services. We use this page to inform our customers if there is any known problem with the products and provide them with regular updates on what we’re doing to fix this problem and when.

You can also head over to the Innovation Hub in the Tools/Utilities drop-down to read more about what’s new in the latest update for your product. The release notes here will tell you what’s changed, what’s the benefit, and if it affects your product. You can also go here for a snapshot of what’s coming for the products, and what’s new at Lone Wolf.

 

PRODUCT RESOURCES AND TRAINING

The Tools/Utilities drop-down has a variety of product resources, including video tutorials, downloads, and the payment portal. You can also go to this drop-down for a shortcut to our training calendar, which currently offers a wide range of free online webinars for TransactionDesk, customized based on your experience with the product. The calendar for brokerWOLF is coming soon.
