Matt Richling is a seasoned Ottawa realtor with 20 years of experience. He is the founder and team lead of New Purveyors, a collective of 15 agents and staff operating from a boutique-style office in downtown Ottawa. Matt currently serves as a Director at the Ottawa Real Estate Board and leads the Inman Ambassador Program, helping shape the future of organized real estate across North America.
Featured in The Residential Specialist, Realtor.ca, Inman, and Real Estate Magazine, Matt is a sought-after speaker at real estate conferences across the continent. He is also the founder of the Ottawa Clothing Drive, which quickly became Ontario’s largest community-led clothing drive—filling an entire hockey rink with gently used clothing. What started as a grassroots initiative grew into a movement, mobilizing community professionals, clients, families, and local businesses in support of Ottawa’s shelters and families in need. The drive has collected tens of thousands of items annually, offering warmth, dignity, and hope to those facing difficult seasons.
When he’s not building systems, coaching agents, or pushing industry conversations forward, Matt is a proud father of twin girls—and an avid triathlete and skier.
