Wendi Iglesias is the Chief Information Officer for The Keyes Company, a role she has excelled in since 2013. A Florida native, Wendi grew up in the real estate business and was first licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1994. Her career has been marked by versatility, innovation, and a deep commitment to her community.
From 1996 to 2005, Wendi owned and operated Click Technologies, a software development company that specialized in web-based retail and auction websites. She returned to the real estate industry in 2006, joining Expert Realty's sales force and quickly ascending to the role of Chief Operating Officer.
In 2010, she moved to The Keyes Company to oversee their online lead generation and portal partnerships following Keyes' acquisition of Expert Realty's website. Wendi's outstanding achievements in technology and leadership have been recognized with numerous awards. She received the 2022 OnCon Icon Award as a Top 10 Technology Professional, the 2023 NAR iOi Summit Innovator of the Year the 2024 OnCon Icon Award for Top 100 Technology Team, the 2024 South Florida Business Journal Influential Business Women, the 2025 South Florida CIO ORBIE Awards. She is also a nominee for the 2026 National ORBIE Awards, with finalists to be announced in May. Beyond her professional success, Wendi is deeply committed to philanthropy.
She sponsors three children through Compassion International and actively supports First Care, Youth for Christ, and her local church's food and children's ministries. At home, Wendi is a dedicated mother to three children: Bryan (16), Chloe (14), and Maxwell (10). She has been happily married to Bryan Iglesias for 18 years as of November 2025. Wendi enjoys traveling, watching her boys play baseball, attending concerts with her daughter, and spending quality time with her family.
