• What do I need to do to create my Transactions account?

  It is already created. To access Transactions (TransactionDesk Edition), visit the Tennessee REALTORS® website (https://tnrealtors.com/) and log into your member account. Then simply follow the prompts to access your Transactions (TransactionDesk Edition) account information.

• Is there a difference between a paid Transactions (TransactionDesk Edition) account and my new member benefit account?

  There is no difference in functionality between a paid Transactions account and your new member benefit account. You’ll still be able to enjoy all the features that you’re accustomed to at no extra cost.

• If I already have Transactions (TransactionDesk Edition), how do I move my account over to the free member benefit?

  When your Transactions account is up for renewal, you’ll automatically be moved over to your member benefit, along with your existing transaction history. After your account moves over, you will no longer be charged for your Transactions.

• Are eSignature solutions included?

  Yes, the Authentisign eSignature solution is automatically included in your Transactions ((TransactionDesk Edition) account.

• Can I transfer existing transaction forms and documents from other sources into Transactions (TransactionDesk Edition)?

  Yes! You’ll be able to import forms and documents from other transaction management solutions into Transactions.
