York Baur is a start-up and turnaround exec with a unique blend of general management, sales and marketing, and technology savvy. Baur has extensive experience in venture-backed, private equity-backed and family-owned technology companies with deep expertise in fundraising and corporate development. Since becoming CEO of MoxiWorks in 2012, he grew the company to $50M ARR serving over eight hundred brokerage clients representing more than 400,000 agents that make up over 25% of all transactions in North America before stepping away in 2024.
Baur’s previous experience at Microsoft as well as a dozen other enterprise software and digital media companies and startups give him the unique perspective needed to successfully guide companies and organizations of all sizes. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Southern California.
