SALES

If you’re looking to learn more about another Lone Wolf product or looking to purchase a new product, then you’ll want to contact our Sales team.

FINANCE

Why would you contact the Finance department? If you need help with an invoice, have a billing question, want to update your payment information, or make payment arrangements, then reach out to Finance at:

CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Think of our Customer Success team as your partner in the organization. They’ll look at your brokerage’s goals and objectives, and make sure your Lone Wolf products and services help you reach those goals. 

Customer Success will review your account with you as well as the products you’re using, and also help you purchase additional modules or upgrades to your services.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

This department does all of your training and implementation. You’ll be in contact with Professional Services if you’re just getting started with your products and working with an implementation specialist.

Professional Services also does additional training, so your team can become pros at the products that you’re paying for. You can purchase training from Professional Services by the hour or as packages.
