Lone Wolf and CMLS partner to empower real estate agents and brokers
Tech leader leverages top comparative market analysis solution, Cloud CMA, to keep consumers In The Know™ on value of the MLS
CAMBRIDGE, ON and DALLAS, TX – July 9, 2021 - Lone Wolf Technologies (“Lone Wolf”) is proud to partner with the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) in the organization’s In The Know™ campaign and leverage its industry-leading comparative market analysis solution, Cloud CMA, to help agents and brokers overcome a rise in consumer objections around the MLS.
To support CMLS’s In the Know™ campaign, Lone Wolf has added additional content for agents and brokers to include in their Cloud CMA reports as they present via Cloud CMA Live. While Cloud CMA has always had the option to add in content pages that help explain the real estate process to sellers, this new content speaks specifically to the value of the MLS for both sellers and buyers. With more than 500,000 Cloud CMA customers across North America, this content will help communicate the true value of the MLS in clear, compelling language that consumers can understand and relate to.

CMLS, which is run by an elected board of MLS executives and other industry leaders, has made it their mission to bring together MLSs and Association across North America to help enhance the value of the MLS. The organization’s In The Know™ campaign is a direct response to consumer questions, and provides agents, brokers, and MLSs with the resources they need to best communicate the value of the MLS to consumers.
