Here’s what’s new across Lone Wolf solutions this month. April’s updates focus on improving visibility, simplifying navigation, and making everyday workflows more efficient, from proactive recruiting insights and clearer signing experiences to better performance tracking and more intuitive system management.

BrokerMetrics

Saved Agents Recruiting Activity Email Notification
The Recruiting Activity Email Notification automatically keeps brokers and recruiting teams informed about engagement and production updates from their saved agents. Users receive branded summary emails highlighting activity within a selected reporting period, as well as notifications when no activity occurs.

Why It Matters:
Proactive notifications eliminate the need to manually check for updates, helping recruiters stay on top of agent momentum, identify outreach opportunities, and respond quickly to changes in performance or engagement.

Application Shortcuts Layout Redesign

Application shortcuts are now displayed in a single row with a carousel for accessing additional apps, creating a more compact and streamlined layout.

Why It Matters:

This design improves space efficiency, reduces visual clutter, and allows users to view more dashboard information at a glance.


BrokerMetrics Widget Enhancement (Broker Health Score)

The BrokerMetrics widget now includes a Broker Health Score, offering a comparative view of office performance relative to the market. It aggregates key metrics—such as sales volume, units sold, year-over-year growth, and days on market—into standardized rankings and visual indicators.

Why It Matters:
The Broker Health Score provides a clear, data-driven snapshot of performance, helping brokers identify strengths, uncover opportunities for improvement, and better understand their competitive position.

Relationships

Contact Creation Enhancement
You can now enter a contact’s address directly within the Add Contact popup during creation.

Why It Matters:
This enhancement reduces steps in the workflow, improves data completeness, and makes contact management faster and more efficient.

Transactions (TransactionDesk and zipForm)

Authentisign Enhancements

  • A new Checkbox tool allows you to add pre-checked, read-only checkboxes to documents, reducing confusion for signing participants.
  • All participants are now notified if a signing is rejected.
  • Authentisign now supports transparent images for signatures and initials.

Why It Matters:
These enhancements improve clarity during signing, strengthen communication between participants, and provide a more polished, flexible signing experience.


Template Migration to Transact

When claiming a Lone Wolf account, templates created in TransactionDesk are automatically migrated to Lone Wolf Transact. Users can also manually migrate templates using the Send to Transact option.

Why It Matters:
Automatic and manual migration options simplify transitions between systems, saving time and ensuring continuity of workflows without needing to recreate templates.
