Danielle Tabor joins Lone Wolf as Chief People Officer

Lone Wolf names Danielle Tabor Chief People Officer, putting talent strategy at the center of how the company plans to grow.

Danielle Tabor has joined Lone Wolf as Chief People Officer, reporting to CEO Matt Fischer. She leads the company’s people strategy, which covers how Lone Wolf hires, how it develops the people already here, and how it keeps them.

The timing isn’t incidental. Lone Wolf is in a stretch of real product investment, with new releases and AI work moving through the pipeline this year. Good software comes from people who are good at their jobs and who actually want to be where they are. Getting that part right is its own discipline, and it’s the one Danielle has spent her career on.

She comes to Lone Wolf from Trackforce, a security workforce management software company, where she served as Chief People Officer. Before that, she held the same role at Emburse. Across those roles, her focus has held steady: build a workplace where talented people can do their best work and where strong performance and a sense of belonging reinforce each other rather than pull in opposite directions.

When Matt announced the hire internally, he made the case plainly. The company’s ability to attract, develop, and retain great people is the single biggest lever it has for growth. Roadmaps and feature launches get the attention. The people behind them are what turn any of it into something an agent or a broker can actually use.

That’s the work in front of Danielle now. It isn’t a quick fix or a single initiative. It’s the slower, steadier job of building a culture where the company’s values show up in everyday decisions.
