July 2026 release notes

This month's updates are focused on making transactions easier to manage, improving collaboration between agents, brokers, and clients, and giving brokerages more flexibility to support complex workflows. From enhanced compliance reviews to a new client portal and greater contact ownership, these enhancements help teams save time, stay organized, and deliver a better experience from start to finish.

Front Office

NEW: Agent contact ownership and private contacts
Brokerages can now enable agent contact ownership and private contacts, giving agents more control over their relationships while allowing broker/admins to define ownership and visibility settings.

Why it matters:
Build agent trust, encourage CRM adoption, and give agents greater confidence that their client relationships remain protected while still supporting brokerage collaboration.

Transact

NEW: Multi-tier transaction reviews (Broker Edition)
Brokerages can now create multi-tier review chains, allowing multiple reviewers to sequentially approve transactions. Configured at the office level, this feature supports complex compliance workflows while giving reviewers a clear view of pending approvals with the new Assigned to Me filter.

Why it matters:
Ensure every transaction follows the right approval process, improve compliance oversight, and keep reviewers focused on the files that need their attention.

NEW: Client portal
Securely invite buyers, sellers, title companies, and other external parties into a transaction without requiring a Transact account. Clients can view shared transaction details, access documents, and upload requested files through a PIN-protected portal.

Why it matters:
Reduce back-and-forth emails, simplify document collection, and create a more seamless experience for clients and external partners.

NEW: Merge PDFs in Paperwork
You can now merge multiple PDF files into a single document directly within Transact, eliminating the need for third-party tools.

Why it matters:
Save time organizing paperwork and keep transaction files clean, complete, and easy to manage.

Enhanced party information
Additional party fields have been added to improve the completeness and consistency of data flowing into transaction forms.

Why it matters:
Reduce manual data entry, improve form accuracy, and ensure transaction information stays consistent throughout the process.
