TransactionDesk Adoption Grows at Record Pace

Major Real Estate Associations and MLSs find tremendous value in TransactionDesk as a member benefit

London, ON — November 14, 2017

Instanet Solutions, a division of Lone Wolf Technologies, announces record growth, client retention, and system utilization of their transaction management product, TransactionDesk.

As major REALTOR® Associations & MLSs seek to provide value to their members, TransactionDesk continues to be a top choice for recruiting and retaining members.

Northwest Multiple Listing Service CEO Tom Hurdelbrink commented, “We’ve provided TransactionDesk to our 30,000 for a number of years. It’s critical that the tools we provide help our members succeed. TransactionDesk’s e-forms, electronic signature, storage, and management tools have done just that. We have a very strong adoption rate for TransactionDesk which is important to us in determining which third-party products to provide to our members. We look forward to working with Instanet and Lone Wolf to expand on our relationship in the coming years.”

TransactionDesk has also been picked up by several new clients including the Egyptian Board of REALTORS® (Illinois), Lawton Board of REALTORS® (Oklahoma), Northeast Louisiana Association of REALTORS®, and SmartMLS (Connecticut). At the same time, a collection of other REALTOR® groups have agreed to continue offering the transaction management solution to their members, including: Allegheny Highland Association of REALTORS® (Pennsylvania), Central New York Information Services (New York), the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® , Intermountain MLS (Idaho), and Western New York Information Services (New York).

In the past year, there has been a myriad of enhancements to TransactionDesk, including the launch of a new iOS app. Though these enhancements have been partly responsible for the product’s increased usage, Steve Mapes, VP of Sales at Instanet Solutions, attributes the growth to a variety of factors.

“[Associations and MLSs] choose us and stay with us, for several reasons,” said Mapes. “First and foremost, because of our relationships with clients and references within the industry. We make sure our clients know we care about their success and appreciate their business. Second, we work hard to offer the best transaction management, forms and eSignature software at an honest and fair price. We back it up with unsurpassed integrations into the MLS and brokerage back office software, and with our world-class technical support, which is open 24/7/365. Nobody else does that.”

In all, over 500,000 REALTORS® enjoy access to TransactionDesk, in addition to Instanet’s other paperless solutions for real estate brokerages. Authentisign, the company’s eSignature software, is more widely used than any other platform in the real estate industry. In 2017 alone, more than 11 million documents have been sent out to buyers & sellers to be signed securely with Authentisign.
