Holidays give us time to slow down and spend time with family and friends—whether that is in person or still at a distance. So, on Friday, April 2nd, 2021, our home offices will be closed to celebrate Good Friday.
Note: Our American offices will be closed as well for Good Friday—which means that support for Cloud CMA and Cloud Agent Suite will be closed for the day too.
What to do if you need Back Office support that day
Not to worry—we’ll have a reduced support crew available to help you if something comes up. To reach us, you can submit a case through your Help menu in Back Office, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or create a case in the Community

What to do if you need Transactions support that day
This actually won’t affect support availability for Transactions (zipForm Edition), Transactions (TransactionDesk Edition), Authentisign, or any of our other Transactions-related products. So continue to reach out through the regular channels!
